Return Policy
At Davide's Italian Gourmet Food, we prioritize the quality and safety of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, including our food products (such as sauces, pasta, and other gourmet items). This policy ensures that every product you receive from us is fresh and of the highest quality.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at davidesauce@gmail.com. Provide details and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us regarding the issue with your product. If we determine a replacement is necessary, we will send a new item at no additional cost.
Refunds
If your return request (for non-food items) is approved, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at davidesauce@gmail.com.
European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. This does not apply to perishable goods. Non-perishable items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
