Zucchine con Gorgonzola

1 1/2 cups Davide Originale Italian Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 lbs cubed fresh zucchine (about 2 small zucchini)
2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 cups Gorgonzola Cheese
Salt (a pinch or two)
Crushed Red Pepper (a pinch or two)
Reggiano Parmesan as needed.

Arrange zucchine in your steamer. Steam the zucchine until desired tenderness.
Once zucchine are cooked, toss lightly in a large fry pan with with olive oil first, seasoning with salt and pepper. Taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Then add the Davide Sauce and saute a minute.
Portion or palce in a flat serving disn and top with the Gorgonzola. If you wish you can add Reggiano Parmesan or substitute with shavings of parmesan instead of the Gorgonzola.
Serve with homemade flatbread, fresh hardcrust bread, or a cracker of quality.
